Who is entitled to this benefit?

Your legal entitlement (§ 78 para. 1 in conjunction with § 40 para. 2 SGB XI) entitles you to care aids worth up to €42 per month. We will handle the billing with your long-term care insurance provider for you.

You are entitled to free care aids if:

  • Care level

    Recognized care level 1-5?
    Then you can apply for care aids.

  • Home environment

    They live at home, in a shared apartment, or in a supported living facility.

  • Caregiving relatives

    You will receive help from a private individual – such as a family member, a friend, or a neighbor.

A few steps to becoming a CareFlyer

  • Select products

    Create your personal box online and see instantly how many items will fit inside.

  • Enter data

    Enter the contact details and insurance number in the form. It's best to have the health insurance card of the eligible person ready.

  • Sign & send

    Simply sign the application digitally afterwards; no printer is needed.

  • Delivery received

    After approval by the long-term care insurance fund, we will regularly send the CareFlyer to your home.

We treat your data with strict confidentiality and in compliance with the GDPR.
Should your application be rejected or only partially approved, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. If you are switching to us from another provider, we will help you make the switch without any additional costs. We will not send you anything unsolicited and charge you for it.
